The Golden Hill K-8 Dual Language Program offers students the opportunity to become biliterate in Spanish and English, develop grade level academic competencies, and develop cross-cultural proficiencies. Native Spanish and Native English-speaking children, working alongside one another, have the opportunity to develop their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in both languages. Students enrolled in dual language programs have the opportunity to earn the "Pathway to Biliteracy" Award at the end of 5th and 8th grade, and the "Seal of Biliteracy" on their high school diploma.
